Check-in hours start at 16.00 p.m. When there is no staff at the reception, you will receive instructions for the keysafe before check-in time.

No we don’t. The crew may not always be physically present in the lobby, therefor you can always use our hotline you receive at check-in.

Because of the monumental character of the building there is no private outdoor space with each room. There is a garden around the Watertoren where you can sit and relax (once it’s finished)

Parking is paid and possible in the streets surrounding the Watertoren. The nearest parking garage is 850 meters away. The bus stops across the street.

Yes we have. Please contact before arrival to let us know if you need a baby bed.

We don’t serve breakfast in the hotel, but we do offer fully equipped kitchens and the supermarket and bakery are across the street.

No we don’t have a restaurant. However there are a lot of nice restaurants at walking distance from the Watertoren, we are happy to give you some recommendations!

Most parts of the hotel are accessible, although the Skylounge on the 8^th floor can only be entered through the stairs. The apartments in the lower waterreservoir on the 5^th floor are also not suitable and safe for people who have difficulty walking.
