No we don’t. The crew may not always be physically present in the lobby, therefor you can always use our hotline you receive at check-in.
Because of the monumental character of the building there is no private outdoor space with each room. There is a garden around the Watertoren where you can sit and relax (once it’s finished)
Parking is paid and possible in the streets surrounding the Watertoren. The nearest parking garage is 850 meters away. The bus stops across the street.

You can add a breakfast to your booking. We serve several breakfast-boxes on request. There is also a supermarket and a bakery across the street.
No we don’t have a restaurant. However there are a lot of nice restaurants at walking distance from the Watertoren, we are happy to give you some recommendations!
Most parts of the hotel are accessible, although the Skylounge on the 8th floor can only be entered through the stairs. The apartments in the lower waterreservoir on the 5th floor are also not suitable and safe for people who have difficulty walking.
We have a strict no-pets policy at our hotel. Is there any way you could make other arrangements for your dog/cat during your visit?
